At the 2011 Geneva Motor Show Škoda has presented its restyled logo, a renewed corporate design and the VisionD Concept, a sedan that showcases the brand’s future design direction. The VisionD Concept previews the design direction of Škoda’s models from 2012. The new aesthetic language will make use of clearly defined shapes and distinctive lighting elements and will showcase a new logo.

The concept car has a dynamic design which aims at appealing to young customers and shows some influences by the recent concepts presented by Italdesign Giugiaro for the VW Group. The main proportions are defined by a long wheelbase and short overhangs, with a dynamic roofline. At the front the renewed logo stands out in the middle of the car as the starting point for all the contours and intersects the horizontal line of the hood.

The logo is bordered on the sides by four headlights reminiscent of a symbolic four-leaf clover. The side view is characterized by the light and shadow play created by the sharp wedge-shaped line and by the windows hexagonal countours, with the rear edge of the door is complemented by the bottom front area of the side mirror.

At the rear end the main defining elements are the C-shaped rear lights have become a characteristic of the brand. Above the rear bumper, the rear lights are connected to the license plate holder through small grooves, giving form to triangular elements reminiscent of the cut crystal.

In the brand’s tradition, the cabin is focused on space and practicality and features a light, pleasant atmosphere thanks to the adoption of light white-green color scheme and the use of a panoramic roof. Some trims in the center tunnel and on the door panels are finished in crystal glass, which offers a reference to Czech culture, art and craftsmanship.

The most important change in the logo design is in the winged arrow, which will be much larger and more visible. The hue of the winged arrow has been changed from "natural green to a new color called "ŠKODA Green. The outer area is highlighted with a chrome look.
